Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales and new business development in the Greater China region for MWV Paperboard Tobacco Packaging products.
2. Connect and sell MWV capabilities to market needs to effectively create solutions that provide satisfaction and value for both the customer and MWV.
3. Build a $?? million business base of active and prospective customers.
4. Identify market trends and opportunities. Keep management apprised of the changing market trends and developments as well as competitive information for future business development.
5. Develop and implement strategies for success in Greater China to include target segments, business models, etc.
6. Identify new business opportunities, create an attractive solution, and commercialize opportunities into sustainable business.
7. Develop sales and marketing strategies that lead to business expansion.
8. Communicate constantly internally and externally.
9. Create compelling presentations and business arguments.
10. Provide business plans, and business forecasts, and monthly summary reports of results.
11. Provide effective coaching to develop selling and business skills to other sales representatives.
Qualifications:

1. 5+ Years experience in packaging sales, marketing, or business management.
2. Successful sales and new business development track record in Greater China market, with both local and international companies.
3. Ability to create and sell effective value propositions across the entire supply chain.
4. College degree.
5. Fluent in English..
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Comprehensive understanding of business financial drivers.
8. Must have excellent business etiquette.
9. Ability to create and sell effective value propositions.
10. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
11. A high level of productivity is required.
12. Must have superb verbal and written communication skills.
