Responsibilities:
？ Serves as a technical expert in electric low voltage system of building engineering.
？ Responsible and plays a key role in design, tender management and quality control of electric low voltage system.
？ Be able to proactively support and assist team leader and project manager in work and resource planning.
？ Mentoring and coaching junior engineer.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree in Building Services, electric low voltage Engineering consultant business experience is preferred.
？ Over 10 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management, at least 5 years in China.
？ Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.
？ Solid technical knowledge.
？ Broad Experience in design for varying building types
？ Specialized in design for high-profile projects and complex institutional building.
？ Specialism in tender management.
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.
？ Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English.
？ Able to work under pressure.

工作职责:
？ 为建筑工程弱电系统提供专业咨询服务；
？ 为电气专业主要成员负责承担弱电系统设计、招标管理和专业质量控制；
？ 能够积极支持并主动配合电气专业负责人及项目经理执行工作计划.
？ 指导及培训初级工程师。
职位要求：
？ 建筑设备电气相关专业本科学历，具有弱电工程咨询经验者优先；
？ 十年以上（至少五年在中国）设计和建筑设备管理经验；
？ 具备专业机构颁发的注册或特许工程师资质；
？ 相关专业技术知识扎实；
？ 具有设计不同建筑类型的丰富经验；
？ 擅长高难度工程的设计，如高层建筑和复杂公共建筑等项目；
？ 擅长招投标管理经验；
？ 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，责任心强；
？ 优秀的中英文会话和书面表达能力。
？ 能够承受工作压力。
