1. You have a passion for logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment, and you can work during early and the late hours of the day.
2. You are self-discipline, and attention to details and figures.
3. You know common logistics working methods or processes, be familar with normal logistic equipment and tools and working methods. Skills in retail operations is an advantage.
4. You can take personal initiative to benefit IKEA retailing logistics, and eager to develop self-competence constantly.
5. Take responsibility to fulfil of daily store logistic tasks, which incl. receiving, replenishment, in/out bound, stock-taking, order picking, etc.
6. To secure that the logistics operation procedures and follow-ups are carried out according to regulations and IKEA mandatories.
7. Communicate and cooperate with peers in a clear and friendly way.
8. We as a team work together to contribute to a great meeting with the customer in all sales channels by ensuring a consistently high availability of our offer, with high quality and at lowest possible total cost.
9. The last but not the least: 只要你对物流行业热爱（亦考虑非物流背景），对职业发展有憧憬（吃点苦就退缩的算了），脚踏实地，能适应晚班上班节奏（04：00am -11:00am）,有一定的英文基础，这里就是你想要的发展平台。
