• Sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in Northern China.

• Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications and cost to assist decision makers (Product Development Merchants).

• Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents completion.

• Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, SWOT analysis and factory visit reports.

• Maintain existing supplier information, including: contact list, signed SBA, RTV,NDA, Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.

• Assist in the arrangement of trip itineraries and the arrangement of accommodations including hotel booking and transportation.

• Coordinate with SQE, PE, packaging, logistics and IMO departments for key project execution

• Maintain existing supplier information, including: contact list, signed SBA, RTV,NDA, Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.

• Identify risk in delivery, and prepare factory visit plan based on priority, routes easiness and efficiency on Holiday and Halloween factories prior to and during shipping period

• Support OTB and PLR events
