技能要求：Minimum skills

● Knowledge of and Experience with many Machine Learning algorithms, and especially the following: Markov Decision Processes, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Artificial Neural Networks

● Reasonably current with the Literature on AI

● Expert level hands-on coding expertise Python (optional for top level AI talent)

● Recent Masters or PhD related to computers, from a top university

● 4+ years’ AI experience (bots and scraping do NOT count)

● Some knowledge of Linux, C, C++ is helpful

● Strong ability to solving new or unfamiliar problems,

● Good habits around testing, documentation, and writing robust and maintainable code

● Strong communication skills

● Good ability to work closely in teams

You should be able to:

● Describe both the theory and practical challenges of using different AI algorithms

● Compare the suitability of different AI for different tasks

● Talk about AI based control systems

● Starting with pseudo code, write a basic algorithm (in any language)

You should be able to:

● Prove knowledge and proficiency in hands-on coding of multiple Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence algorithms (not copied from github, etc.)

● Demonstrate knowledge of AI system design

● Ability to rapidly learn Python if not already expert

M.S./Ph.D. in relevant field required
