  1. 负责员工劳动合同及社保等手续的办理;
  2. 负责公司来访接待及员工后勤保障工作;
  3. 负责公司电话接听、接转;
  4. 收发公司来往文件,信件和报刊;
  5. 办公室日常事务的处理,办公室环境管理维护;
  6. 完成上级要求的其他各项工作。

职位要求:

1.大专或以上学历,至少一年以上人事行政经验;

2.英语六级以上,听说读写流利,沟通表达能力强;

3.具备较强的沟通、协调、团队领导能力,思维表达有条理;

4.性格活泼开朗,有亲和力,有良好的服务意识;

5.工作认真细致,有耐心,有责任感,具有良好的抗压能力;

6.能按时完成工作,愿意从基础做起;

7.良好的文字表达能力及公文撰写能力,计算机操作熟练。
