1、对软装/物料设计有浓厚兴趣，有较强的色彩搭配感，有一定的美术修养和设计基础；
2、熟练应用ps、cad、Office、 ppt等办公软件；
3、协助物料/ 软装配饰设计，熟物料册制作 ，彩屏制作，具备室内设计相关经验及技能，熟悉酒店空间及配饰；
4、熟各种装饰风格及各类艺术手法与工艺，了解硬装主材物料及家具、灯具、窗帘、布艺、绿化、工艺品等软装八大件内容；
5、接受能力强，学习欲望强烈，擅沟通、协调，执行力强，性格开朗，思维活跃，深刻理解团队合作精神。
