职责描述：

1. 按期完成公司下达的个人销售目标，负责制定并落实销售计划，并保持合理的利润。

2. 了解竞争对手，深入了解本行业的最新销售信息，挖掘用户需求。

3. 开发新客户及维护现有客户资源。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，从事过BLE芯片或其它消费类芯片市场销售工作5年以上，有突出销售业绩者优先；

2、具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力，对市场信息有独到的分析和判断能力；

3、负责推进实施市场战略和销售战略，对市场战略规划、市场开拓、市场管理、终端维护及品牌建设方面有一定的研究和实践经验；

4、有优秀的营销策划、市场开拓及全局掌控的能力，制定营销工作方针、政策、提供公司内部营销管理改进方案；

5、掌握无线通讯专业基础知识，熟悉通信芯片、模块等相关产品者优先；

6、有消费电子行业客户资源和良好的人脉关系者优先；
