Job Title: Senior BD manager(KAM) 资深大客户销售经理

Location & region: Shanghai

Job Purpose:

Responsible for hunting MNC account through multiple countries and work together with the global team to maintain and develop the business from these accounts for Greater China region

Key Accountabilities:

- Build up excellent relationship with the key stakeholder across the local and global level

- Retain the existing business for MNC accounts by operational excellence in Greater China

- Generate new business opportunities together with Global team with new initiatives and solutions

- Take ownership of the bids, RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, service proposals, business meetings, presentations, system / process training, and payment collection related to MNC account with the support from other teams in Greater China

- Responsible for a wide range of development projects focusing on improvement/innovation for the end to end supply chain

- Direct address various issues arising within the accounts and ensure correction action plans will be in place and further implementation

- Other jobs assigned by manager

We expect

- College degree or above

- At least 2-3 years work experience in ocean freight operationa plus 3-4 years Key Account function, ability to expresses ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and writing, willing participates, listens and seek advices of others, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and clients

- Good communication and time management skills

- Must read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point

- Self motivated

- Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges
