岗位职责:

1. Lead the development and implementation of Veritiv's strategic outsourcing strategy.
2. Develop and maintain executive relationships with Vertiv's key strategic outsourcing partners.
3. Lead cross-functional teams focused on transferring manufacturing between Vendors and/or between Vertiv and its Vendors across the global supply chain. Deliver results according to project goals established at project initiation.
-Lead the implementation of strategic sourcing projects resulting in the transformation of the Vertiv supply chain.
-Develop business case, project plans, critical paths, resourcing plans and budgets for projects.
-Create and manage the project approval process.
-Lead project progress, risk management and publish related reporting.
-Coordinate cross-functionally, as necessary.
-Rapidly respond to "out of bound" situations and lead efforts to recover critical path.
4. Regular status reporting to Global Procurement & Vertiv Line of Business leadership.
5. The primary measure of success will be the completion of individual projects, on time and with the expected results.

任职资格:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
-CPM or equivalent.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in: materials, supply chain, or procurement experience is required with a proven track record of leading large, complex, supply transitions.
-Demonstrable experience in successfully managing and transitioning complex supply chains globally, preferably in the electronics / industrial sector.
-Must be a superb communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects.
-Demonstrated high-level of analytical skills.
-Knowledge of MRP.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
-Excellent oral & written communication skills.
-Ability to achieve goals through collaboration and persuasion.
-Dependable and self-directed; capable of working with minimal supervision.
-Conscientious, accurate, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
