Main responsibilities

• Create and implement sourcing management strategies that increase efficiency and profitability of the company

• Develop and maintain the supplier base for local sourcing

• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure smooth projects operations

• Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers

• Identify supply risks, develop and implement sourcing plans, Request quotation

• Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps

• Develop new materials and new product categories

• Prepare and submit monthly reports

  Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in printing industry

• Understanding the offset of the printing process (Web offset, sheet offset), screen printing, hot foil printing, binding

• Demonstrated negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

• Strong network with Chinese suppliers

• Understanding and knowledge of Chinese market

• Overseas studying or working experience is an advantage
