• KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for QSHE related regular documentation maintenance and update within SCN.

• Responsible to ensure all QSHE related authority is valid and re-trained timely.

• Responsible for timely update of various QHSE related on-line system, such as PROGRESS, HSE Report, B-Excellent etc.

• Assist to establish, implement and adjust all the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the Integrated Management System

• Provide support for our customer’s quality programs/requirements, such as Huawei Global key account.

• Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
  

              

• SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

•   Follow/implement Regional and Corporate QHSE instructions/requirement
  

    

• BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

  

• College Degree or above, smooth English.

• Basic knowledge of integrated management system, at least 2 years related working experience. Hands on experience is preferable.

• Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Good time and task management, system thinking, hardworking and detail-minded.

• Good analytical power and logical thinking, Good communication skills
