SSC China AP Accountant

Job Description:

• Ensure that Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR) are properly matched and processed (3-way/2-way match).

• Filing daily entry and payment file.

• Complete problem resolution, analyze aging reporting, open GR report to solve pending issues,

• Participate in AP month end close, such as AP accrual etc.

• Complete monthly AP account reconciliations.

• Work closely with Contract Manufactures, Procurement, Receiving, and Planning.

• Assists AP Management with special projects as assigned.
  
  

  Requirement:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of related experience.

• High integrity, team work spirit, stable and be able to work under pressure

• Self-motivated, discipline, has ability to settle the problem independently

• Have Accounts Payables experience and Excellent Excel Skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.

• Familiarity with Oracle is a big plus.
