任职要求：

1、2年以上技术文员/工程文员工作经验，28岁以下；

2、熟练使用word、excel等常用办公软件，熟悉BOM表制作，熟悉发布流程工作技能：文件管理，对研发资料的签发，制作承认书，制作BOM清单，对物料编码规则有一定了解；

3、熟悉电子元器件的种类，规格，封装；

4、服从领导安排，有较强的协调沟通能力。

岗位职责：

1、根据工作需求修改研发产品BOM表；

2、新研发项目所需的物料申请料号并录入ERP；

3、负责有关技术方面文件资料的收集、发放、借阅、建档、保管等管理工作；

4、负责各种沟通信息的传达与跟踪；

5、负责起草涉及研发活动和专业技术方面的简单公文；

6、负责研发部门的会议安排，记录，跟踪等；

7、负责宣传落实有关研发体系的管理规定及工作流程；

8、负责编制、汇总研发报表；

9、协助直接上级做好行政事务的内部管理；

10、完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务。

工作时间：五天八小时 8：30-12：00 13：30-18：00

上班地点：丹竹头地铁站附近
