岗位职责：

1、对不良品的及时修理和原因分析记录。修机时，仔细分析不良原因，把严重多发的问题及时控制并反馈上级；

2、及时提出改良方法；

3、准确判断不良物料，提升工艺能力，杜绝人为损失，降低生产成本；

4、监督和辅导各工位严格按作业指导书进行作业，减少生产过程的失误；

5、维护保养仪器、工装、工具，提高使用的准确性；

6、发生有产品紧急出货时，应第一时间先把要出货的产品先修，保证按时交货。

岗位要求：

1、有2年以上电子产品修理经验；

2、了解测量电子产品的相关仪器仪表，具有单独修理电路和分析电路基本原理能力；

3、具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力；

4、年龄18-30岁，男女不限。
