法语客服代表负责公司的以下业务：
（1） 接收来自法国客户的电子邮件，并以法语进行书面回答
（1） 接收来自法国客户的电子邮件，并以法语进行书面回答
（2） 接听来自法国客户的电话或网络咨询，并以法语进行口头解答
（3） 用法语编写产品的描述和使用说明书
（4） 工作地点在深圳
法语客服代表的素质要求：
（1） 法语专业大学毕业
（2） 熟练的法语书面和口头的表达能力
（3） 工作地点深圳
（4） 有团队精神

Job Responsibilities and Requirement:
(1) Receive and clarify the inquiry/questions/compliants from customers in France via telephone or Voip
(2) Received and clarify the inquiry/questions/Compiants from customer in France via emails on time
(3) Prepare the product description and operation manual in French
(4) Working location：Nanshan, Shenzhen
Requirement on personal profile:
(1) Graduate from French Language education in University is a must
(2) Both spoken and written French should be fluent
(3) Certain level of English is perferable
(4) Be willing to work in Shenzhen
(5) Team-worker
