PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Product Quality Reviewer supports the business by carrying out product quality reviews and continuously providing the findings to IKEA Trading that can lead the improvements in accordance with IKEA product quality review working methods.

ASSIGNMENT (main responsibilities):
? Plan and perform product quality reviews in accordance with product quality review working methods.
? Utilize collective findings from an audit that can lead to improvements within each category; provide an review report to IKEA Trading.
? Work proactively to improve Customer Experienced Product Quality and audit segments with the highest sense of urgency.
? Regularly review customer's perceived quality and initiate review actions and follow up the corrective action result by re-review.
? Use knowledge gained during product quality review process at different manufacturing sites to contribute to business development.
? Align Pdoc requirements with product quality reality through product reviews.

COMPETENCE

Knowledge/Experience:
- Understand the IKEA Business Idea and Social Responsibility, and how they meet customer's satisfaction.
- Understand our customer's demands and expectations.
- Basic knowledge of leading people and ability to run and coordinate an audit project.
- Audit skills.
- Basic knowledge of different production and operation processes and material characteristics.
- Ability to audit and analyze the product in quality and packaging performance.
- Awareness of IKEA strategies and Trading Area goals and action plans.
- A good understanding of IKEA culture, values and rules.
- Bachelor degree with at least 3-year working experience
- Good English proficiency

Capabilities/Motivation:
- Capable of leading the assigned category product quality review within the audit group.
- Actively searching for information and continuously learning from good examples and failures.
