Main Responsibilities and Duties

Conceptual Design:
-Give inputs for Land acquisition, support the site study, due diligence study in terms of the power, water and other media supply
-Giving input to the IR application in terms of the technical installations
-Giving input to the conceptual drawing process concerning local regulation

Construction design:
-Responsible for the technical part of the Basic Design, Preliminary Design, Detail Design (Securing always the most cost efficient design)
-Securing that all the IKEA manual and requirements belonging to the Construction business are considered
-Coordinate the external technical consultants
-Ensure that all necessary technical IKEA requirements are included in Tendering/Building Application/Contracting documents

Construction Execution:
-Support the CPM and SCPM with professional technical support until the completion of the project
-Take part in 1/month general site meeting for all projects or otherwise when necessary.
-Secure that the complete technical design is coordinated with all the involved parties.

Knowledge
-Minimum 10 years management experience preferably with both in design and construction
?Adequate university/Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge
-Computer literacy
-Electrical engineering or equivalent background.
-Full knowledge and responsibility for China Expansion Strategy
-Full knowledge and experience about financial controlling.

Capability
-Strong management and leadership skills and the ability to prioritize wisely
-Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer focus
-Very good Chinese and English verbal and writing skills
-Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts and the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans
-Excellent social competence and outstanding diplomatic skill to act in different situations, management levels and cultures
