PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Establish, implement, and update HR processes that will contribute to the development of business and people and contribute to IKEA as the leading home furnishings company in the local market.
Contribute to having the right competence at the right place at the right time.
Be a contributing resource as trainer/facilitator within the leadership & competence development process as well as other HR processes.
ASSIGNMENTS:
? Be a partner to business managers in implementing and carrying out co-worker related activities and processes (i.e. recruitment, introduction process, competence review process, Voice process, salary review/retention process, etc.) in order to achieve assigned Business & People goals.
? Coach, advise, update and train managers/co-workers in all HR related policies, procedures and programs.
? Develop a working knowledge of business goals, performance and operations by building effective relationships with assigned managers and coworkers.
? Identify people competence SWOT based on business needs and provide advice and support through relevant people process to improve overall business performance
? Identify and align succession and talent pool with line managers by using IKEA assessment tools.
? Support the development of people within the business through IKEA learning approach and tools.
? Support the development of an environment of trust , co-operation, togetherness and continuous learning
