Purpose:

· Product Quality Review Manager leads the product quality audit within great China, supports trading Quality Management Group, Business Development Managers in reaching the expected Customer Experienced Product Quality.
· Product Quality Review Manager prioritizes Product Quality Review agenda in TAGC.
· Product Quality Review Manager develops and/or implements working methods and tools into the Product Quality Review department's daily work.
· Product Quality Review Manager is responsible for continuously providing the feedbacks to trading category area that can lead the Product Quality improvements within the category and TAGC.
· Product Quality Review Manager is responsible for developing product quality reviewer's competence, securing short and long term competence goals as well as contributing to IKEA Supply Chain general competence goals.

Assignments:

Operations
· Lead the organization's daily work to secure Customer Experienced Product Quality.
· Set goals, implement working methods and routines and work with continuous improvements.
· Plan, understand and work according to the IKEA Product Quality Direction, make priorities and relevant Action Plans for the Trading Area and follow up result for product quality.

Competence development
· Lead Product Quality Reviewer competence development within the organization to secure short and long term goals within Trading Area China and Supply Chain.
· Be manager for Product Quality Reviewers within TAGC.

Others
· Lead, participate and contribute to projects as well as development activities within Trading Operations and Supply Chain.

Knowledge
· Solid IKEA knowledge and experience
