职位描述
Quality Manager-Magnet
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily quality performance of division;
Line Quality like Scrap, PPM & Customer QNCR;
Ensure operation adhere with procedure, quality & safety(line Audit) work with customer to improve quality issue & prepare 8D on time;
Continuous Quality improvement by GK;
Team daily production meeting & update quality issues weekly & monthly quality review meeting with team management meeting update on Quality performance.
Requirements :
-Degree or high diploma holder in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering;
-Solid experience of plastic, metal or magnetic products & process, problem solving skill of quality problem ;
-With experience of managing a team of technician/inspector, knowledge of the ISO9000/TS16949;
-Able to build team & motivate people to high level of commitment & excellence, liaise and communicate effectively with senior management, customers and suppliers, able to get along with diverse personality;
-Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities;
-Could work in Shenzhen, China;
-Good English and Mandarin.
