Primary Purpose
This position serves as key support for Regional Training Instructor of Quality Management Department in the implementation of Quality Training Initiative processes and protocols, development and implementation of Training programs, Certification programs for new on-board QC associates, Service Providers' FG Inspectors, Inline Inspectors, End line Inspectors. We preferred to invite candidates with solid leather industries background join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop multi-session training agenda according to training plan as needed for each Service Provider.
2. Coordinate with Regional Training Head to deliver standard training courses.
3. Collect, analyze and consolidate training requests from each Service Provider.
4. Collaborate with Regional Training Head to identify, design and deliver training programs to support business initiatives, and track result of all training activities to ensure training effectiveness.
5. Work closely with station QM team in each Service Provider to collect ongoing feedback and customize training.
6. Foster and promote learning culture in the organization in order to meet current and future development needs for company.
7. Assist with other training responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Regional Training Head.
Education & Experience Requirements
1. Education and/or experience - 4 years college degree preferred.
2. 5+ years product experience on Manufacturing or development or Quality Management.
3. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Excellent Power Point skill.
5. Good training skill and trainer certificate is preferred.
6. Be able to travel and be flexible for oversea assignments.
7. For business need, this position based in Dongguan.
