职位描述
1、配合公司实际市场推广要求在总经理的带领之下，负责项目的活动的组织及总体督导与跟进工作；
2、负责协助销售部、终端会会议流程设置、会议筹备、策划及执行，并担任主讲；
3、充分与客户沟通、交流，了解客户需求，与客户方协商制定项目工作方案；
4、及时掌握项目实施过程，及时发现问题，解决问题；
5、负责配合销售部同事完成对客户方的产品专业知识培训，定期制定培训计划、培训课件开发等相关工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有汽配行业培训、活动策划、管理等相关工作经验优先考虑；
2、能够独立开发设计培训课程并编写教案；
3、形象气质佳、普通话流利、口齿清晰、演讲感染力强，有较强的逻辑思维能力、组织策划及商业演讲能力；
4、责任心强，勇于承担挑战性的工作，具有开拓精神和团队精神，吃苦耐劳。
