Junior Merchandiser   

Brief description of the position:

We expect this person to assist when gathering new sales and to follow up orders of developed items.

(1)    Order following 

To factory 

o   Make PO in system , shipping mark and check artwork 

o   Follow the PPS , shipping samples from factory and check with QA team for Customer 

o   Follow production status and arrange inspection 

o   Be carefully and have sense to distinguish factory’s mistaken packing data info  

o   Notice well the artwork’s requirements 

o   Go with QA team to factory for first in line inspection 

To Customer 

o   Make PI , check artwork 

o   Make packing list and invoice 

o   Check carefully the all samples with QA together and good structure to follow the status until arrival 

o   Active to handle customer inspector 

To internal depart. 

o   Booking info to shipping dept. 

o   Payment application to financial dept. and Record paying and incoming payment 

o   Follow the status of improved sample / feedback of order quality complain after team member got solution  

o   Send clear inspection requirement to third party or QA team  

(2)    Assisting in sales activities

o   Factory audit if need 

o   Make good record for all signed sample images and shipping samples 

o   Control and update department order overview

(3)    Personality

(4)    Experience

o   2-3 years working experience with at least 1 year experience in working with buying offices

o   Experience in working with medium to small oversees customer to follow up order

o   Good communication skills

o   Advanced Office skills
