Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct research for new destinations

2. Participate in product development, e.g., conduct content creation in English and Chinese, and photo sourcing for new products, and ultimately take new destinations from 0 to 1

3. Assist in external communication with merchants, on contract signing, content and price checks, resolving service quality issues etc

4. Liaise with internal teams on destination and product launch, optimisation of content and booking flow based on customer feedback

5. Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by your team leader

About YOU

1. Final year student or recent graduate from a business or related degree; previous work experience a plus

2. A confident, self-motivated individual and true travel passionista; E.g., you have traveled independently and/or possess living/studying abroad experience

3. Excellent communicator with exceptional written and oral English skills

4. Come with an entrepreneurial spirit - able to problem solve independently and work collaboratively in a team

5. Familiarity with travel industry or use of travel websites and apps a plus
