1、To understand the core value of the brand, lead members of the IMC into performing to their expertise, to achieve a complete and integrated marketing guideline & material to support different business countries/areas of need. Keep a uniformed global brand image. Maintain information flow between each department in a timely fashion.

2、Understand each marketing campaign needs and each country/area needs. Setup IMC team with proper personnel, manage team to deliver integrated marketing plan. Personnel include but not limited to: design, PR, packaging, copywriting, digital, operation, etc. Manage the external agency for campaign brief and follow up the production to ensure high quality work and deliver on time

3、Assign work and delivery time table, oversee team members work quality, and ensure the delivery of plan and material in time

4、Keep information flow and transparent between functions, behave in a “work smart” manner to ensure efficiency. Understand the needs of each country/area and provide proper assistance to the requests.

5、Regular training or learning opportunity for the team to improve them, share new trends and ideas. Continuous improvement of the IMC internal work process, communication method, work quality and speed. Identify candidates with potential to be future management and provide assistance to help them elevate.

6、Take business trips to learn about local market, understand them and realize the needs in the future for the opportunity to improve upon overall brand image.

7、Manage budget

1、University & above，Marketing background preferred

2、More than 6 years in the marketing & branding field, preferred candidates who have experience in leading a team.

3、good grasp on brand concept, posses management and execution skill

4、can lead a team to perform in cooperative manner, to complete a common task and improve together

5、good communication skills, logic, and persuasive

6、can take business trips, passionate about work, assertive and responsible
