2、完善产品技术架构、制定产品开发计划

3、负责团队工作资源和利益的有效分配，组建有凝聚力、高绩效的团队

4、领导公司与合作公司的技术合作和交流

任职要求：

1、学历： 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业

2、技术研发经验： 8年以上

3、研发团队管理经验： 3年以上

4、主项技术：主项技术扎实，可以是前端、后台、移动端、运维、算法等任意一种

5、技术层面：了解团队里所有技术角色的技术栈

6、架构：有互联网数据分析平台或企业服务平台等产品的架构设计和开发经验

7、良好的执行力、团队管理能力、项目管理能力、队伍培训能力

额外加分项：

一：4年以上知名科技企业核心技术开发经验

二：3年以上10+人研发团队管理经验，互联网数据行业尤佳。

三：英语可作为工作语言。

四：211或985本科学历
