职位描述
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the onsite Helmet/Goggles factory QA/QC responsibilities meets expectations of the Quality & Delivery for any samples & finished products with help /instruction from Red Team.
Responsibility: (Essential Functions)
- Responsible for audit factory IQC Departments so that the flow of incoming materials & components from sub-suppliers is meeting Burton's specifications.
- Responsible for make sure that the Burton scrap procedures are being followed accordingly at on site charge factory. On site supervise scrap process, take photo and make report to Team leader and upload it onto SharePoint.
- Responsible for onsite factory in-process quality audit. On site QA has to spend at least 20 hours per week on in-process audit to make sure sample check parts or finished Helmet/Goggles quality
- Responsible to do weekly product test by randomly sampling sample, and make report send to RED quality team and upload it onto quality SharePoint.
- Responsible to fill in and submit project tracker under help of Team leader which records SS FAV and Mass production follow up and approve situation
- Responsible to report quality issue to quality team, work together with factory to analysis causes and coordinate communication between factory and RED team with help of team leader.
- Responsible to prepare a weekly report on the status of the projects at on site Helmet/Goggles factory based on this week situation then submitted to: Hardgoods Quality Manager, the US based RED QA
- Responsible to do final shipment inspection and send report to,Hard goods Quality Manager, the US based RED QA, the Global QC Manager as well as sharing the report with the entire Quality Team
- Responsible to work with Burton VM team to assure EX-factory date met according to PO.
- Responsible to report any other things of factory that can affect Burton product quality or cooperation business between Burton and factory if happens.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- 3 years college or above education, major in Manufacturing/Engineering field is preferred.
- 2-3 years' related experience of which directly in QA function.
- Experience with plastic injection is preferred
- Locating at assigned factory but required to travel to sub-suppliers if necessary.
- Good command of MS office (outlook, excel, etc.)
- Ability to read documents in both Chinese and English such as Design Specification, Bill of Materials, Product Quality Specifications and Procedures.
- Dependability, Professional Expertise, Initiative, good problem solving ability, cooperation and teamwork spirit.
