About the company:

This is a US company provide best-in-class solutions and engineering services for the internet of things.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the software development life cycle, from initial concept through verification testing to market release.
• Work closely with hardware engineers and QA departments to ensure projects, designs, and test activities conform to regulatory and quality requirements.
• Take part in regular departmental meetings and all-staff meetings

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related major

• Knowledge of Real-Time Operating systems

• At least 7 years of experience using C/C++.
• Must have experience developing embedded applications for Atmel/Microship microcontrollers.
• Must have recent cellular modem experience and architecture design using either AT commands or application running on modem software layer. Preferred experience with MTK chipset and Qualcomm 92x6, 92x7 platforms.
• Must have experience with I2C, UART, USB, and LED interfaces. Experience with Wi-Fi and BLE interfaces strongly preferred.
• Must have experience interfacing with a variety of peripheral devices, including ADCs, DACs, flash memory devices, real time clocks, power management devices, battery chargers, and accelerometers.
• Develop board support packages for our embedded products.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) required. Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers to solve complex technical problems.
