岗位职责：

Training&Development培训及发展

Organize and execute the Orientation training组织实施新员工培训

Arrange and trace Daily internal training & online training日常内训和线上培训安排跟踪

Building up internal trainer team培训师团队建设

Attend in training system design参与培训体系建设

Attend in IDP design and trace参与人才IDP组织并跟踪

Attend in Successor Plan design and trace参与继任人计划组织并跟踪

Expand and maintain the suitable learning and training 开拓并维护合适的学习与培训渠道

Make and update some common training documents编制并更新部分通用培训教材

Build up and maintain employee training file and related statistics建立维护员工培训档案和维护相关数据

Salary薪资

Calculate  salary and improve the process and efficiency每月计算工资并进行流程优化和效率优化

Handling benefit affairs办理福利相关事务

Others其他事项

Support other HR parts or projects. 支持HR部门的其他工作

Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor 完成上级安排的其他工作

  

岗位要求：

College education or above in HR, management, education, psychology or related major

1-2 years working experience in training organization field

1-2 years as the internal trainer for some courses

Good Presentation skills

Course develop ability

TTT certificate is preferred

Internal trainer certificate is preferred

Good communication skills in English(CET4 or same standard)

Good command in Office(Excel, Word, PPT, Project, Visio)

Knowledge in HR software is preferred

Strong communication skills

Improvement sense

Passion to be as the trainer

Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, good interpersonal style
