IT部采购高级主管—软件/硬件/IT服务

工作职责:

1. 负责集团IT综合品类采购工作，涉及：IT产品和设备、网络产品和设备、安全监控、通讯设施和服务、软件及相关服务等品类；
2. 负责建立物资采购的供应体系，多方面开拓供应渠道，并进行妥善管理；对供应商（外包商）质量、价格、服务、交货信誉评审，开发优质供货商（含工程外包商），并定期进行评审；
3. 与各需求部门沟通需求，主动跟进采购项目进度，及时满足业务需求，确保内部客户满意度，对所采购商品的质量进行监督，及时处理不合格产品的退换货及相关责任追究；
4. 掌握必要的财务知识，完成财务需求的相关报表；评估成本合理性、降低采购成本、控制资金流、及时与供货商对账、收取对应发票并申请付款；
5. 遵从采购流程，负责询价、比价、商务谈判、合同、下单、结算等商务工作，同时负责供应商价格的整理及订货、对帐结算、合同管理等；
6. 优化IT采购流程，提升IT采购的的效率和结果。

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，具有3年以上IT系统集成类产品采购工作经验；
2. 精通IT软硬件、IT服务及咨询类产品等IT采购工作，对IT市场行情有深入了解，具有出色的业务理解及学习能力；
3. 熟悉采购流程，具备较强的采购谈判议价能力和成本意识；
4. 优秀的沟通协调能力，团队精神强，责任心强，有良好的职业道德和素养，为人诚信正直，品行端正。
