Key Responsibilities    主要责任

Recruitment responsibilities/ 招聘职责：

• Conducting in-depth screening and assessing potential candidates for Disney English local cast positions.

• Using innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates. Sourcing tools include but are not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Job51, Facebook, and diversity-oriented sites & blogs.

• ；

• Manage interview arrangements for the hiring manager and offer process.

• Manage operations in the hiring system (REQ opening, position posting, interview feedback updates, generate offers, etc.)

• 进行深入筛选和评估迪士尼英语本地演职人员潜在候选人。

• 采用创新的采购和营销/品牌技术来吸引主动和被动的候选人。使用包括但不限于：LinkedIn，Job51，ZhaopinFacebook以及其他多样化的网站和博客。

• 对潜在候选人进行电话主叫，并对他们进行第一轮电话面试。

• 管理招聘经理的面试安排和提供过程。

• 管理招聘系统（开REQ，职位发布，面试反馈更新，生成报价等）

HR Operations responsibilities/人力资源业务责任:

• 入职准备

• 协调上岗培训

• 生成和准备每周招聘报告

• 上级主管分配的其他任务

Job Qualifications职位资格

• Excellent Chinese proficiency

• Good English written and spoken skills. Experience in recruitment is not mandatory, but is preferred.

• A strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to communicate across multiple departments and levels.

• Strong execution and quick response to tasks.

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Resourceful, with exceptional problem solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidential information.
