Project Brief

Data migration project under a large scare core system replacement project for leading financing company customer. Chances to work in multi-cultural environment.

Role & Responsibility

· Medium to Senior Level Project Manager

· Managing data migration sub-project in a large scale core system replacement & development project

· Responsible for setting up data migration plan and strategy aligning with the overall project plan

· Guiding and managing multi-vendor’s team on finishing data analysis and data mapping tasks

· Setting up data migration validation strategy

· Control project risks and quality risks

· Plan resource needs to customer when needed

· Report to core system project manager on project status

Experience in Data Migration Projects related to business operation system replacement

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management, prefer data related project experience

· Experience in large size system migration project. Prefer experience in a role as data migration technical lead.

· Familiar with Database Design and Data Modelling, ETL, data analysis. Experience in SQL Server and Oracle is preferred.

· Experience and ability to define strategies for Cut over and roll back

· Working fluent English is required

· Good experience in multi vendors’ environment, ability to control project with balancing different stakeholders’ benefits

· Desirable, some experience in Financial Services Industry. Better have experience in auto-finance area
