1、制定并督导实施工程部各科室工作计划，拟订工作总结并汇报；

2、提出人力需求、培训需求、人力资源开发建议并跟踪实施　；

3、制定及落实工程部的改善案例的目标；

4、工程文件的编写、工程部管理制度的订立和监督维护，部门各科室资料、文件的审核；

5、合理安排调配技术人员，配合其它部门完成生产任务和督导各组保质保量的完成各项本职工作、完成出货计划，达成部门目标和公司产值目标；

6、设备、制程工艺、测试等技术革新的目标设定；

7、部门辅料、办公用品、耗材、租赁购置设备的成本评估；

8、内外部审核、稽核的统一接洽窗口；

9、内外部客诉事件的参与处理；

10、以共同提升效率和产品质量为目标，协调本课与其他相关单位的各项工作；

11、工程部科级的绩效考核；

12、上级工作安排和工作要求理解和传达执行；

任职要求：

1.8年以上手机工程工作经验；

2.3年以上中层管理经验；

3.对手机制作工艺及流程非常熟悉；

4、大专（含）以上学历，电子相关专业毕业。
