岗位职责：

1、与生产，物流部门保持紧密沟通，调研用户需求并整理需求规格说明等相关文档；

2、配合实施团队完成蓝图设计，详细设计，系统开发测试等工作；

3、组织相关人员完成MES系统现场调试，确保系统的开发质量，保证系统的平稳运行；

4、负责MES系统的用户培训，使用推广以及日常运维，并能积极推动系统的相关改进及优化工作；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机，电子，自动化等相关专业，3年以上工作经验；

2、熟悉汽车工厂生产，物流相关业务流程；

3、有汽车行业MES解决方案咨询或实施顾问工作经历，熟悉现场设备集成、制造管理、跟踪追溯、质量管理、生产物流等模块；

4、有成熟MES平台开发，实施或运维经验优先；

5、能快速学习，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神.
