The ideal candidate will have experience working with bathroom products such as shower enclosures, taps and other fittings, and have proven project management skills.

Responsibilities:

-Work with suppliers in developing quality control processes and pursue improvements that will include setting up tests and controls for production.
-Monitor product quality from sampling through to production.
-Identify production & quality issues during production.
-Participate in supplier quality management.
-Work with clients on process and factory audits.
-Work with other team members on quality improvement programs.
-Data recording and documentation control.

Requirements:

-Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent fields.
-At least 3 years experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, and with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma or ISO 9000.
-Professional experience in varies type of factory audit and qualification.
-Good knowledge and practical experience of using AutoCAD.
-Good knowledge in statistical analysis.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Experience in International Quality Standard, Six Sigma, or related problem solving methodologies is a plus.
-Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO13485 would be an advantage.
-Good project management skills
-Independent and self-motivated achiever.
