1、负责亚马逊 Amazon国外站点的运营管理（从选品、新品调研、上传产品,优化listing、FBA发货、选择物流商、核算净利，参与把控每个环节，确保账户安全并维护账号）。

2、负责整个Amazon亚马逊的销售团队全盘管理工作的安排和指导，销售技巧提升的培训和教育)，销售市场调查/分析，制定并执行销售策略和销售计划，达成销售业绩。

3、擅长分析数据，调查分析市场及竞争对手状况，制定推广计划销售策略；懂站内外渠道推广引流；努力推进产品排名, 提高产品的转化率、浏览量、曝光率，提高销量，根据产品情况调整营销策略。

4、针对不同的推广渠道，开展营销活动，协调各方面资源配合执行，对推广商品具备有效的判断，及时跟进推广效果，根据推广效果提出调整建议。

5、熟练掌握Amazon平台规则，平台热销产品及竞争对手热销产品；敏锐的洞察力和独特的产品眼光，能开发出平台热销产品，丰富公司产品线。

6、有丰富的Amazon亚马逊销售分析经验，对提高各个产品销售业绩的相关要素能作出准备的分析和判断，并能持续分析和改进销售方法,***程度地维护公司利益。

7、能亲自独立将帐号做大，对公司产品进行营销推广和打造爆款，协助销售达成销售目标。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，英语六级（CET-6）或以上。

2、3年及以上亚马逊工作经验

3、熟悉Amazon平台流程和政策，掌握一定的亚马逊后台算法，熟悉推广技巧、站外引流推广，打造爆款；

4、具有良好的业务拓展能力和商务谈判技巧，公关意识强，具有较强的事业心、团队合作精神和独立处事能力，勇于开拓和创新；
