Job Description:
Your main responsibilities will be creating standard operating procedures, work flows, and organizational structure. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to streamline operations, create efficiencies and ensure that internal workflows are being executed properly. To achieve this, you will work alongside the department heads to get their first hand feedback on what opportunities for improvement they see and figuring out ways to implement those ideas into our internal systems. Your work will enable the company to have a strong foundation which supports growth, quality of the service we provide to clients, and increasing the efficiency of our work.

Requirements and Qualifications:
You are a serious and motivated person with an affinity for operations and structure. Seeing the successful result of your efforts drives you to stay focused and work hard. You should have completed at least an undergraduate degree, but a post-graduate degree will receive extra attention, and have a minimum of 7 years experience in an operational management, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or systems architecture role. You demonstrate strong skills in time management, simplifying processes, organization, and communication and will be able to put your work before your personal life, at times, in order to accomplish professional goals.
