Job Description

Job Title: Electronic Engineer
Industry type: Mobile phone electronic accessories such as charger, AC/DC, power bank, speaker, earphone, blue tooth...
Functional Area: Electronic, PCBA, testing,
Compensation: xxxx RMB + bonus linked to performances
Report to: General Manager
Career Path: Electronic engineer--> engineering manager
Location: Shenzhen, China

Key tasks:
Ensure the products' quality in electronic to support or beyond the performance expectation as designed;

Key responsibilities:
1.In charge of PCBA and components quality;
2.Make the testing process with the OEM factory and QC engineer;
3.Be the link between the R&D and the production;
4.Assess factories in term of quality and production process.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master degree with major in Electronic engineering, Automatic Control, electroacoustics or equivalent;
2.At least 5 years work experience in electronic products design, able to develop and evaluate new products; mobile phone electronic accessories design experience is highly expected;
3.Familiar with electronic products safety regulation, EMC, industry standards, certification and testing methods;
4.Cost-control mindset with good at component selection;
5.Good communication skills;
6.Good work organization and time management skills;
7.Good command of English and Mandarin both in oral and written;
8.Can adapt to working in the small but fast growing company.
