Proactive, energetic and resourceful team player that is responsible for providing organizational and operational

management in the development and execution of event projects. Prepare event operational plans for all company projects, provide on-site event management as well as manage the vendors and event licences.

1.Prepares event operation plans and budgets for all UBM China event projects; plan to consist of site layout, event timeline, staffing plan, supply & product requirements, logistical vendor requirements, etc.

2.Identifies logistics support service vendors requirements for any projects, also prepares all event floor plan.

3.Interacts with project leader to relay details of the operations plan and clarify event info as needed, Ability to direct on site and vendor’s project managers in execution of event project.

4.Interacts with Project Leader to relay details required for securing event permits licenses

5.Maintains accurate and thorough records of each event project. Prepares post event evaluation for each project for inclusion in event file.

6.Approves all event on-site labor time sheets, equipment or product invoices.

7.Maintains complete and accurate event files with all UBM China event details and post event operations evaluation reports

8.Prepares final show settlement detailing all about events expenses and inventory

9.Oversee Company’s warehouse operations; Ensure that all supplies and inventory are organized and warehouse is clean.

10.Other tasks that line manager assigned.

Qualifications:

？ Self‐starter, initiative to develop and improve processes and output with operations

？ Excellent written and oral communication skills both English and Mandarin

？ Exceptional project management skills with ability to multitask with multiple projects simultaneously

？ Team player with ability to work internally and externally to achieve objectives

？ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), CAD ,PHOTOSHOP and CORELDRAW experience preferred
