Compensation & Payroll Management
1. Manage IA and Local Employee's payroll.
2 Participate the C&B survey, annually budget and salary review.
3 Act as counselor on C&B affairs to all employees, ensure the practice complied with local regulations.

Social Welfare and Benefits Management
1 Manager the social insurance and housing fund of employee.
2 Manage benefits program for local and expat employees.

Vendor Management
1 Manage all HR vendors (HR service, insurance, payroll, tax etc.) for their qualification.
2 Manage vendors' performance to improve service level and cost reduction
3 Lead the on-site service staff from the vendor.

Project
1 Participate the global and local HR projects, coordinate the implementation.
2 Provide professional suggestion on HR policy and process, develop the solution and implementation plan

HR Routine Support
1 C&B/Payroll related data support, internal/external audit support
2 Salary related documents preparation
3 Other assigned tasks allocated by line manager

任职要求：
1. A least 5-year working experiences in C&B/payroll related perspective; expats payroll experience is preferred.
2. Working experience in multinational company is preferred
3. SAP payroll experience is a plus
4. Pro-active, detail oriented and data sensitive

5.Well organized and good problem solving skills
6. Good service sense and team work spirit
