? 通过熟悉产品系列、积极宣传宜家商业重点和销量承诺，最大限度地增加销量和盈利。
? 迅速应对商业机会和顾客反馈，积极关注竞争、供应和业绩分析。
? 熟悉产品系列，展示丰富多样的宜家产品系列及其丰富多样的细分产品，以满足顾客要求并刺激他们的购买欲望。
? 确保店面在任何时候都整洁有序、存货充足，以便顾客能够做出自己的购买决策。

资历要求 您应当具备的知识、技能和经验包括：
? 对家居用品和日常生活感兴趣。
? 有带领团队两年以上的经验
? 有两年以上连锁零售或大型服务业中的相关经验
? 具备商业敏感度，擅长利用商业重点来对自己和他人的工作进行统筹安排。
? 善于解决问题，在快节奏纷繁的工作中，抓出重点表现优异。
? 具备跨部门的沟通协调能力

ABOUT THE TRAINEE To fulfill needs of fast business growing demand we are looking for high potential candidates who are willing to work in different cities. You can learn and perform at very good platform with solid development plan to get ready to take key management role within 12 to 18 months.
ABOUT THE JOB IKEA shopkeepers have one of the most dynamic and rewarding positions in an IKEA store. Your challenge will be to optimise sales and profitability within a shop and store by leading and inspiring your team and combining your knowledge of the IKEA product range with your knowledge of the local market and the needs of customers.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
? Optimising sales and profitability by taking ownership of the range and actively promoting the IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments.
? Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback, as well as keeping an active eye on competition, supply and performance analysis.
? Knowing your range and presenting the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire visitors.
? Ensuring that the shop is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times so that customers can make a buying decision on their own.
? Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with my team and other colleagues while providing an inspiring and motivating direction for co-workers and engaging them fully in the IKEA objectives.
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
? You have an interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.
? You have a proven experience of leading a team, preferably with over 2 years’ experience
? You have 2 years above experience of actively selling through understanding your customers and their needs with big retailers or other famous service company.
? You are good at prioritising and organising your work and the work of others using commercial priorities in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
? You are a good problem-solver and a decision-maker who excels in a fast-paced and complicated retail environment.
? You have a proven experience of working well cross-functionally
? You are willing to mobile, and work in the IKEA future new stores in China
