Position: Sr. IT Manager

Location: Shenzhen

About the company:

This is a US company products specialized in small home appliance and a variety of consumer electronics products.

Main responsibilities:

· Manage servers including domain controllers, VMware Hypervisor, web, print, smartcard, database, backup and others, and associated operating systems and software.

· Builds and maintain strong relationships directly with Operations, the business units and external customers on a multi-site and/or regional level basis.

· Communicate the business impact and ensure the right IT infrastructure resources are available and engaged to quickly resolve any technology issue.

· Provide solutions that support the standards established by the IT service strategy.

· Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule.

Main requirements:

· Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience

· More than 10 years’ infrastructure management experience with 3+ year management experience.

· Excellent problem solving skills, self-motivated and communication skills.

• Fluent spoken English.
