Key Job Tasks:

1) Promoto continuous performance improvement activity.

2) Develop, communicate,implement and maintain a TQM system.

3) Effectively interact with Production and Technical teams to maintain the required quality level in production.

4) Investigate problems, write problem analysis reports and cure root causes.

5) Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection system for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

6) Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.

7) Monitoring performance by collecting data and producing statistical reports.

8) Achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification.

9) Organize and manage quality assurance function in close cooperation with customers and company's management team.



Job Specification

1. with bachelor/master degree in an applied science or engineering field,

2. > 5 years experience of QM,

3. age < 35 years old preferred,

4. Prefer 6 Sigma black belt.

5. a high level of energy and determination in achieving the highest quality levels throughout the organization

6. Sound experience in quality management systems and QA audits.
