岗位职责：
1、负责直营店铺的管理，组织制定店铺的相关管理制度并考核各项指标的实施情况；
2、定期组织各类培训、激励活动，保持终端员工的销售激情，提升员工的业务能力；
3、直营店促销活动的洽谈、以及关系的维护，争取各方面的资源及优惠条件；
4、制定年度销售目标和整体销售工作规划，组织各直营店达成目标；
5、负责市场策略的调整以及店面品牌形象的维护；
6、团队的建设与人员的培养。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，五年以上家居建材品牌的销售管理工作经验；
2、熟悉国内地板品牌、了解国内地板市场动态、具有一定客户资源和管理经验；
3、具有良好的谈判技巧、市场分析能力、能对客户进行客观分析，对商场、专卖店的运作管理有深刻的理解和清晰的思路；
4、善于制定销售计划及市场规划、能强有效的执行销售管理工作；
5、具有较强的数据统计、分析能力。
