Site HR BP Manager/工厂人力资源经理-擅长复杂劳动关系处理

工作职责：

1. 根据国家及地方性劳动法律法规，制定劳动关系政策及员工管理规章制度，确保规章制度合法有效；

2. 根据国家及地方性劳动法律法规，制定重大劳动关系策略，包括用工模式调整、组织机构调整、公司分立重组以及异地收购建厂等；

3. 负责建立劳动争议风险评估、预防、调解体系，参与劳动争议仲裁、诉讼；

4. 负责搭建外事管理服务体系，完善国际雇员、母公司派遣员工管理服务流程；

5. 参与相关法律纠纷、仲裁、诉讼的处理并负责企业外聘律师的选择、联络管理工作、应付劳动行政部门的检查，管理企业相关知识产权；

6. 负责员工的工伤事故的处理，工伤认定及劳动能力鉴定以及后勤费用的申报；

7. 处理劳动争议案件，维护劳动仲裁及劳动监察的关系。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，法学、人力资源管理等专业优先考虑；

2. 8年以上大型制造业人力资源管理经验，熟悉国家劳动法，擅长劳动争议处理；

3. 具备优秀的沟通表达能力，擅长处理复杂的劳动关系；

4. 英文听说读写熟练，有跨国外企背景优先。
