法律风险事务经理-合同及证照管理

工作职责：

1. 负责企业整体法律风险防范：

？ 企业的各层面员工、个别关键管理行为（如重大决策、重大投资等）的合法性判断；

？ 由于制约企业运营的法律法规发生变动而企业不敏感改变、导致企业行为的不合法性；

？ 由于企业对经济支付、合同风险控制不严（如投资、担保、经济诈骗等）产生的潜在法律风险提示和防范。

？ 参对企业与海外项目合作合同及重大项目提供法律方面可行性建议,如各区域店铺开设及管理项目、子公司设立、区域等特殊类别经销商等项目的整体开展。

2. 负责企业内部各项管理制度的法律风险：

？ 参与企业集团各公司的员工手册制定、合同管理及监控等，对企业应收账款催收等各项制度提供合理性及合法性建议。

3. 协助与外部律师沟通以及公司内部调整方案，妥善处理好企业内部变更，跟进新的投资项目。

任职要求：

1. 法律相关专业本科毕业，熟悉合同法、公司法，通过司法考试优先；

2. 有3年以上大型企业、律所、法律部门相关工作经验；

3. 优秀的中英文读写能力，熟悉各种办公软件运用；

4. 为人性格开朗，善于沟通，组织纪律强。
