工作职责:

1.Decode and transfer headquarter industry management strategies;

2.Collect market trends, potentials and product requirement;

3.Transfer typical application and industry solution to sales organization;

4.Demonstrate focus customer list with potentials，identify and collect the target customers with internal teams;

5.Compose product solutions and influence sales team to promote to customer;

6.Find out periodical win/lost reasons via OPP and communication;

7. Cooperate with Marcom department to promote industry approach on trade show, customer seminar and other key marketing activities;

8. Plan and execute industry training and seminar for internal colleague and customers.

任职资格:

1.Bachelor’s degree major in automation, engineering;

2.Automotive Industry background is a must;

3.Customer/result -oriented, excellent communication and influence skill;

4.Good command of English both in oral and written;

5.Can go to business trip often.
