岗位职责：

1、负责天猫店铺整体运营和日常管理；执行相关网络营销方案，完成预期销售目标；

2、思维活跃，具有优秀的营销策划能力；制定爆款打造、新品上线、换季产品等切实有效的营销方案，协调策划活动的实施。

3、玩转各类推广工具；

4、监控每日数据，定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施,并给出切实可行的改进方案

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，3年以上运营经验，熟悉天猫后台操作，工作能力强，心态积极

2. 具有数据分析能力，较好的逻辑思维能力，通过运营数据，分析运营结果，制定营运对策

3.对直通车，钻展等推广工具有深入细致的了解，可独立完成操作和优化
