1) Coordinate with other branches on all issues related to business license, office facility management and maintenance of statutory registers records in government;

2) In charge of general administration management, office OA facility maintenance.

3) Maintain and review contracts with suppliers for office appliances; In charge of vendor contract review and management;

4) Coordinate and support regular meetings, i.e Arrange transportation, hotel, conference room, food and beverages; Car arrangement in Shanghai office;

5) Record keeping and maintain filing system;

6) Serve as back-up support for administrator works in other branches;

7) Liaise with landlord and property management on facility services and conditions;

8) Plan and organize annual dinner and big events.

9) Admin. budget draft and daily management with qualified report and analysis;

10) Important visitors receptions and employees business trip necessary support;

11) Company necessities purchasing including stationary, furniture etc.;

12) other duties assigned by manager/director;
